Refund and Return Policy

First: Refund and return period
The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of purchases within 14 days from the date of purchasethis is in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
The original invoice or purchase receipt must be provided when requesting an exchange or refund.
Second: Conditions for accepting refund and returns
To be eligible for an refund or return, the products must meet the following conditions:
- In its original and good condition, unused and undamaged.
- Available for resale.
- Attached with the original cover, packaging, and identification tags, if available.
- Attached to the original invoice or purchase receipt.
- Products not manufactured, prepared, or colored according to the customer's request and specifications, as products manufactured, prepared, or colored according to the customer's request may not be returned or exchanged.
The company has the right to refuse a replacement or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
Third: Defective or non-conforming products
If the product does not conform to standard specifications or contains a defect or flaw that was not apparent at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to request a replacement or refund in accordance with the legislation and decisions in force in the State of Kuwait, after verifying the condition of the product and the nature of the defect or flaw.
The customer's right to exchange or return is not forfeited when the regulatory conditions are met, including products purchased during periods of offers and discounts.
Fourth: Purchases during sales and discounts
- Products purchased during the sales and discounts period may be exchanged within the timeframe specified in this policy, provided that all exchange conditions are met.
- The refund of the value of discounted purchases is subject to the applicable terms and conditions, and to the legislation and decisions regulating consumer rights in the State of Kuwait.
Fifth: Gifts and offers accompanying purchases
If a customer receives a gift, free product, or promotional benefit associated with the purchase, the gift or free product must be returned when requesting a refund or exchange for the associated purchase, where applicable to the offer.
Sixth: How to get a refund
If the return of products is approved in accordance with the terms and conditions, the value of the purchases will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or in any other way agreed upon between the company and the customer.
For products that are accepted for return according to the approved procedures, the company will refund the cash value within a period not exceeding 5 working days from the date of delivery of the products to the company's warehouses, according to the company's procedures and method of payment.
Seventh: Replacement and Return Procedures
- The customer must bring the products to be exchanged or returned to the company's warehouses or to the location designated by the company for receiving returns.
- The company inspects the products and verifies that they meet the exchange and return requirements.
- Acceptance or rejection of a replacement or refund request will depend on the condition of the products and their compliance with the terms and conditions contained in this policy and applicable legislation.
Eighth: Product Responsibility
The company is not liable for loss, damage or theft of products resulting from unauthorized use or misuse by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
